How do I book a shoot?

Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Columbia, Missouri. If you are interested in a location outside of the area, please contact me so we can talk about travel and pricing. There will be an extra fee based on car mileage for traveling outside of Columbia.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. When you book a shoot, I am setting that time aside for you! If the shoot is canceled, it’s hard for me to find another client that quickly. Therefore, I require a non-refundable retainer fee prior to the photoshoot. The deposit 50% for all types of photoshoots. I do not set your photoshoot in my calendar until the deposit is paid, so your desired time slot is up for grabs until it is paid.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shoot?
If you need to cancel the shoot, your deposit (retainer fee) will not be refunded. When you reschedule, your retainer fee will go towards the cost of the rescheduled shoot. Please keep me updated on your scheduling concerns as soon as you are aware, so we can plan.
How long does it take you to edit photos?
You will receive your photos no more than 2 weeks after the photoshoot.
Help! I have no idea what sort of photos I’m looking for!
I love to have conversations with all of my clients before their photoshoot. During this time, we will talk about photos you like and why or you can show me a mood board before the shoot to help us create inspiration for your photoshoot.
Also, I have been photographing people for some time now and will give posing tips during the photoshoot. My goal is to make clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident in front of a camera :)
